African house-music has has a tailwind in recent years. In charge artists such as Black Coffee and especially Culoe De Song, the South African who seriously received the respect he deserves when he released the amazing EP The Bright Forest cred label Innervisions. Suddenly he was in the good company with artists such as Dixon, Âme, Henrik Schwarz amongst others. But he also brought something new to the label. It was deep, hypnotic, percussive and a breath of fresh air in an otherwise pretty dull deep/tech house everyday. The songs The Bright Forest and African Subway was played to death and even though the songs are four years old, we still hear them in clubs.
Today Culoe De Song is an established artist and plays in clubs all over the world. It is also the first time he guests Norway.
