In collaboration with TekstLab Scratch and Foreningen! Les, Oslo World presents an evening where ten of Oslo's most talented women in the field meet on the same stage. The fact that the stage is Cafeteateret, one of the city's most beautiful rooms for spontaneous cultural expressions, makes this a particularly memorable evening in the making.
The theme for the evening is the same as for the festival as a whole - solidarity. On stage, we meet five young women from the project «Young voices» and five female slam poets: Guro Sibeko, Jeaninne Harrysson, Sofie Frost, Hanna Asefaw and Hannah Wozene Kvam. The project "Young voices" is a collaboration between Oslo World Young and TekstLab Young. Ahead of the evening at Cafeteateret, the young participants have been guided by the poets and artists that they share the stage with this night.
The evening at Cafeteateret will be marked by strong meetings - both with veterans in the field and with young voices taking to the stage for the very first time.
