Keychange is an international initiative working for equality and inclusion in the music industry. Through training, networking, and collective engagement, Keychange creates the conditions for a music sector where all talents can grow and reach their full potential.
The Keychange Talent Leadership Programme is a six-month international leadership development programme that empowers women and gender minorities in the music industry. Participants gain tools in leadership, social innovation, and change-making — with a focus on creating a fairer and more sustainable future for the music sector.
42 participants from 25 countries across Creative Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Switzerland will be selected to take part in the 2026 programme.
The programme begins during Tallinn Music Week in April and concludes at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg in September.
