It would be impossible to arrange Oslo World without our fantastic group of volunteers. Many of the festival's volunteers return year after year, while others are newcomers. By volunteering for Oslo World, you can make friends for life and get a large international network.
What do we expect from you?
We offer a wide range of different volunteer jobs. You do not need to have festival experience from before, but we expect you to show up on time and contribute as best you can until the shift is over.
How much do you have to work?
It varies how much you work, depending on the task. If you work at Oslo World, we generally expect you to work three shifts of approximately six hours. If you work on the Children's Festival, it is expected that you work two shifts of approximately six hours. We are of course grateful to those who want to contribute more than this.
What do you get in return for your work?
- Volunteers at Oslo World get access to all concerts that are not sold out (and some that are)
- Access to the opening and closing concert
- Gatherings and meetings with food, activities and music throughout the year
- An international network
