Oslo World will assemble a new staff for Oslo World's Youth Program, to start on February 1st, 2022. The staff will create and implement events in the coming year and work closely with and under the guidance of, Oslo World's core staff .
The Oslo World Youth Program was established in 2020 and has, during the past year, consisted of two seminar programs, two concerts, and a seminar tour at libraries in Oslo.
During the coming year Oslo World Youth will curate and carry out a seminar and concert program during the main festival Oslo World, in addition to a seminar tour. The staff will participate in industry meetings and meet key people from the culture sector, as well as arrange a gathering with other initiatives for young people in the industry.

We want to work with someone who has knowledge of and / or are interested in learning more about the following fields:
- Music in different genres
- Technical implementation
- Social Media
- Social engagement
This is what you can expect from being part of Oslo World Youth:
- Local, national and international network in the culture industry
- Gatekeeper sessions: Encounters and mentoring with representatives from the Norwegian industry
- Training in how to curate, create and carry out exciting projects and concerts
What do we expect from you?
Regular meetings will be set up throughout the spring and autumn, and you are expected to actively participate in these. It is also expected that you are present during the implementation of the various projects.
The interviews will be held in week 2 and 3, 2022. The group selected will work with the festival for one year.
