Bio:
Christina Hazboun is the UK project manager for Keychange, a global movement promoting gender diversity in music. She also works as a writer, curator, and radio host, focusing on amplifying underrepresented voices from the Arabic-speaking world and global south.

Bio:
Caroline Wiesike holds a degree in Innovation Management and Intellectual Property. Since 2019, she has been part of the Communication Department at Sacem, where she currently leads projects centered on engagement and heritage. Over the past year, she has been actively involved in addressing various societal, environmental, and heritage-related topics.

Lea Karwoth is a project and cultural manager dedicated to gender equality and diversity in the music industry. With a Master's in Arts and Cultural Management, she has organized events like Theaternacht Hamburg and has worked for the Reeperbahn Festival, enhancing diversity through the Keychange initiative.

Bio:
Javier Jiménez holds a Master's in Cultural Planning and Management and a PhD in Comparative Literature. He directs the award-winning "Festival Boreal," recognized for diversity and gender equality. He is also the artistic director of the "Fado Festival of the Canary Islands" and the "Trashplant Festival."

Bio:
Yara joined the B&B team in November 2020, transitioning from her role as a Conceptual Writer at Anghami. She has a passion for local music and has worked as a Writer and Content Manager at Project Revolver and as Project Manager for the AlUla Future Culture Summit. Yara holds an MA in Critical and Creative Analysis from Goldsmiths, University of London, where she studied Lebanon's music scene.
